Yes, you can return or exchange Al Ain Water if you are not satisfied with our services or if there is a visible defect in the packaging or the water within the carton.


When can I return Al Ain Water after purchase?

You can return Al Ain Water within 7 days from the purchase date shown on the invoice, provided it is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging.

How will I receive my refund?

If the return conditions are met, the refund will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Cash Payments: The amount will be refunded immediately upon the return of the water.
  • Credit Card Payments: The amount will be refunded to the same card within 14 working days.

I returned the items, but the refund hasn't appeared in my account yet.

If the mentioned period has passed, please contact and follow up with your bank.


Are there specific conditions for returns?

  • Products must be in their original condition as received. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if there is any defect resulting from misuse or poor storage.
  • The original purchase invoice or a copy of it must be provided.
  • In the case of a clear manufacturing defect, products will be replaced or returned according to company policy.
  • Partial Returns: You may return part of an invoice only if a clear manufacturing defect is present. However, for returns without a specific reason (change of mind), the entire order in the invoice must be returned to receive a full refund, minus delivery expenses as per Ministry of Commerce regulations.

Can I return a product purchased during a sale or promotion?

Unfortunately, products purchased under special offers, promotions, or discounts are non-returnable.


Are there any deductions from the refund amount?

Yes, the cost of shipping the products from your location back to the company will be deducted. This cost is determined by the company’s internal policy and you will be informed of the exact amount when you contact us for the return.
