Yes, you can return or exchange Al Ain water if you are not satisfied with our service or if there is a clear defect in the packaging or the water inside the carton.
When can I return Al Ain water after purchase?
You can return Al Ain water within one week of the purchase date shown on the invoice, provided it is returned in its original condition, unused, and in the same unopened packaging.

How do I get a refund?
If the return conditions apply, the refund will be issued using the same method of purchase. For cash payments, the refund will be issued immediately upon return of the water.

If the product is defective due to a clear manufacturing defect, it will be replaced or refunded according to company policy. Partial returns are permitted on a single invoice only if a clear manufacturing defect is found. However, for returns without a valid reason, all products listed on the invoice must be returned for a full refund, minus delivery fees, as per the Ministry of Commerce policy.
